Too many men think that feminism means inequality for women, that we complain to get attention, we complain to get pay raise, to get what we want. That we are using feminism to our advantage, and to their disadvantage. If we didn’t complain, didn’t tell HR, we just suck it up — I’m not sure if it’s a healthy work environment.
